We are located in Phase 1 of the Mangolpuri Industrial Area. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place with a lot of noise from the nearby factories and trucks constantly moving through the narrow lanes. Our workshop is usually covered in a bit of grease and metal shavings. We deal with machinery and parts mostly. There is always a rhythmic sound of machines running in the background while we work. The air smells like oil and iron, which you just get used to after a while. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes because they’d be ruined in five minutes. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. They know the machines inside and out. Sometimes we are working late into the night to finish a job that needs to be shipped out the next morning. The office part is just a small corner with an old desk and a filing cabinet that sticks when you try to open it. We don't spend much time sitting down anyway. Customers come in looking for specific parts or needing something fixed, and we just get to it. There’s no marketing team or fancy website here, just us doing the work that needs doing. Mangolpuri is a busy hub, and we are just one small part of the machinery that keeps it going. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
