Pramod Jain Architect

I have been running my practice out of Prahladpur for a while now, specifically at Hr-123/6. It is a quiet enough spot for me to get my work done without too many distractions. I am an architect, which mostly means I spend my time worrying about measurements and local building codes. I do not go for the fancy stuff you see in magazines. I just want to help people build things that last and make sense for their families. My office is pretty basic. I have my desk, a few chairs for visitors, and shelves full of old files from past projects I have finished. People in Pehladpur know me as someone who gives a straight answer. If you want a five-story house on a tiny lot, I will tell you why that might be a bad idea for your budget and the structure. I handle all the drawings myself and I go to the sites to make sure the laborers are following the plan correctly. It is a lot of walking and talking, and sometimes I have to argue with suppliers about the quality of the sand or the bricks they delivered. I have seen this area change a lot over the years. I grew up not far from here, so I understand the local way of building. I do not use big words to impress people. I just show up and do the drawings.
