Prakash Baghel

Working around Tilak Marg means there is always something going on. Being near the Supreme Court of India at number 39 keeps things pretty interesting. Prakash Baghel is the name we go by here. It’s a lot of legal surroundings, obviously, but we just focus on our own small corner of the world. The traffic on Tilak Marg is almost never quiet, so you get used to the sound of horns and people moving about. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now. Our days are filled with reading, writing, and talking to people who come through the door. It’s a professional area but we try to keep a bit of a relaxed vibe in our own space so it doesn’t get too stressful. You see a lot of people in black coats walking around this part of town. We are just one of many offices in this historic part of the city. The building has its quirks, like the heavy doors and the way the hallways echo. We keep our files stacked up and our pens ready. It is a practical life here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re too busy with the actual work. It’s just how we operate. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets. We just fit right into the middle of it all and try to do right by everyone.
