Prabha Engicon (Opc) Private Limited

Prabha Engicon (Opc) Private Limited is located on the third floor of Shanti Bhawan, which is on 100 Foot Road. This is over in the New Delhi area, specifically Kh No 349 and 350. We have been working from this flat for a bit now, and it’s a decent place for us. Since it’s a one-person company setup, things are pretty straightforward here. I usually spend my time looking at engineering drawings or making calls to suppliers from this office. The 100 Foot Road area can get quite noisy, but inside here, it’s mostly just focused work. I don’t see any need for a big, flashy headquarters. This space at Flat No 4 is enough to handle the daily operations and meetings with contractors. It’s a practical setup. Most of the time, I’m out on a site anyway, making sure the foundation is right or the concrete is pouring correctly. Being an engineer by trade, I focus more on the technical side of things rather than the sales part. People know where to find me if they need something built or checked. The office has some chairs, a desk, and a lot of rolled-up maps and site plans. It’s not corporate, just a working man’s office where real construction stuff gets planned out. It suits me and the way I like to run things. I try to stay organized, but with so many projects, there’s always a bit of a mess on the table. That’s just life in this business.
