You can find Pnrs Contractor Private Limited on the 3rd floor of Worldmark 3 in Aerocity. We have units 301 to 304 and 307. Even though Aerocity is a very modern and shiny part of New Delhi, our work is still the same old gritty contracting. We spend our time managing projects across South Delhi. Being in Worldmark means we have a decent office, but the work we do is still about bricks, cement, and steel. We are often running between the office and various sites near the airport or further out. It is a lot of coordinating with different vendors and making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do. We don't really go for the polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who know how to get buildings up. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever and it gets annoying. We have a lot of meetings about schedules and budgets, which isn't very exciting but it is necessary. Our team just focuses on the task at hand. We aren't interested in making big promises; we just want to see the projects finished. The office is where we keep the records and handle the government filings for the company. It is a busy place with a lot of coming and going. We are just trying to keep our contracts moving forward in a practical way.
