PNC CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based in Vasant Vihar, over at D-5/7. Vasant Vihar is a well-known part of New Delhi, and it’s a good spot for us. Our office is in the 110057 area, and it’s a pretty standard place where we manage our construction work. We have been at this address for a while now. Most days, we are busy dealing with the logistics of our projects. PNC CONSTRUCTIONS LLP isn't a huge firm, just a dedicated team working out of this D-5/7 location. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff around here. The office has what we need—some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of project files. It’s a quiet enough street compared to some other parts of Delhi, which helps us focus. We aren't really the type to spend money on expensive office furniture. We’d rather focus on the actual building work we are doing. Whether it is planning a new site or finishing up an old one, this is where the decisions get made. It is just a regular office for regular people who happen to build things. We start early and often stay late if there is a deadline. It's just the way it goes in this industry. We are glad to be in Vasant Vihar because it's central enough for us to reach our clients. We just take each project as it comes and try to do an honest job without making a big scene about it.
