PKR Constructions Private Limited is located at House No-22, KHNO-50AG/F in Bhoop Singh Colony, Rajpur Khurd. This is the office of PKR Constructions and we are officially listed as being associated with W/O Sh. C Chinnappa. Our place is in the Rajpur Khurd area which is a bit of a different part of the city compared to the main hubs. We are a private limited company but we run a very hands-on operation. The office in Bhoop Singh Colony is where we manage our staff and our building projects. It is a practical space that serves as our home base for all the construction activities we do. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just some chairs, tables, and a lot of project files. The streets around here can be busy and sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot for our vehicles. We spend most of our time out on the field looking at how things are progressing. When we are at the office we are usually busy with the phone or trying to sort out the payroll. It is a straightforward construction business and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We have been doing this for a while and we have learned how to deal with the daily issues that pop up in this industry. It is hard work but we keep going every day.
