We are based right here in New Delhi, which as anyone knows, is a city that never really stops moving. Being in the heart of the capital means we are surrounded by all kinds of energy and noise, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little space at Pix Technologies. It’s not a huge setup with hundreds of employees, but it’s ours. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and figuring out technical problems that come up. New Delhi can be tough with the heat and the traffic, but there’s a certain grit to it that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. Our team is a mix of people who have been around for a while and some newer faces, all just trying to make a living and do decent work. We don't go in for those long corporate retreats or synergy talks. Most of our communication happens over a quick cup of tea or just yelling across the room when something works. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t have a big marketing department writing things for us, so what you see is basically what you get. If the power goes out, we wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s just a normal office in a very busy city, doing what we know how to do without any unnecessary drama or polish. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
