Phoola Constructions Private Limited

You can find us at House Number 13 in the Harijan Basti area of West Sagarpur. It’s a local neighborhood and our office is right in the middle of it. We started Phoola Constructions to take on local building jobs. We do everything from basic masonry to more complex structural work. We’re a small operation, so we don't have a lot of overhead or a big management team. It’s mostly just us and a few regular workers we’ve known for years. West Sagarpur is where we do most of our projects, and we like staying close to home. The work is physically demanding and we're usually pretty tired by the end of the day. We don't use any fancy sales pitches or try to impress people with big talk. We just show the work we've already done in the neighborhood. Our office isn't anything special, just a room with some files and a place to sit. Sometimes we have to meet people outside because the office gets cramped with supplies. We try to be fair and do the job the way it's supposed to be done. There’s always something to do, whether it’s fixing a leak or starting a new foundation. We've been part of the community here for a long time and we plan to stay. Construction is what we know, so we just keep doing it day by day.
