Shreejee Group

Our place is A 339 in Chattarpur Enclave, Phase 1. It’s basically a house that we’ve turned into our work base. Chattarpur is a bit of a maze if you don't know the lanes, but we like it here. It’s dusty and loud sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but it’s got a lot of energy. We do a lot of different things at Shreejee Group. Mostly it involves a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is where they need to be. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a question. We don't have a fancy office setup with glass walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. Lunch is usually a group thing, someone brings something or we order from the local dhaba. We don't really have a hierarchy here, everyone just jumps in to help when something needs doing. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how business goes in this part of town. We just try to keep things moving forward and stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep grinding every day and getting through the workload.
