Petta Fast Food Llp

You can find us at C 005 on the ground floor of Yamuna Apartment. We are right on Alakhnanda Road in Kalkaji, not far from St. George School. Petta Fast Food Llp is where we spend our whole day. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the school lets out or when people are coming home from work. The kitchen is small and it gets really hot when all the burners are going. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so it's mostly people grabbing things to go. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and cleaning up grease. It isn't a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. It’s just us in our aprons trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes we run out of things and have to dash to the market. The apartment complex is always full of noise and people moving around. We know most of the regulars by their usual orders. We don't have a website or any big ads. People just see the sign or smell the food when they walk past. It’s a tough business because the hours are long and you are on your feet all day. But we like being part of the neighborhood. We just try to keep the place clean and the food ready on time. That's all there is to it. When the evening rush hits, it is all hands on deck until we finally close the shutters.
