PESADO CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Pesado Constructions (OPC) Private Limited. You can find our small office at House No 91-92 on the 1st floor in Pkt. 6 of Sector 25, Rohini, Delhi 110085. Being an OPC means it is a bit of a personal venture and we handle most things ourselves. Rohini is a big area and Sector 25 has its own pace of life that we have grown used to. The office stays busy with paperwork and we are often out looking at sites or meeting people. It is a simple setup on the first floor which keeps us away from the direct noise of the street but we still hear the horns and the local vendors. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big glass meeting rooms. It is just a place where we sit down to work on construction plans and manage our daily tasks. Some days are slower than others and we use that time to organize our files. Construction work in Delhi can be quite a challenge with all the regulations and the heat during the summer months. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. Our location in Pkt. 6 is easy enough to find once you are in the sector. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and suppliers. It is not always easy but it is what we do for a living every day.
