Persquare Constructions Private Limited is based in Village Maidangarhi, which is in the South Delhi area. Our office is on the ground floor at Plot No. 41-B. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the city, and we actually prefer it that way. Being in the village gives us a bit of breathing room. We spend our days dealing with various construction tasks and trying to keep everything moving forward. Our team isn’t very big, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. You might find the person who answers the phone also out on a site later in the afternoon. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big hierarchy. It’s just about getting the building work finished. The ground floor office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and samples of materials, but we know where everything is. We have a lot of respect for the trade and the hard work that goes into construction. It’s not always a smooth process; there are always delays with weather or supplies, but we just deal with them as they come. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build things. We’ve been working out of Maidangarhi for some time now and we like the pace here. It allows us to focus on the actual work without too many distractions from the outside. We usually have the door open if the weather is nice.
