PEREGRINE BUILDTECH LLP

Peregrine Buildtech LLP is over at B 46, on the first floor in Phase 2 of Vivek Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area of New Delhi, and being in the 110095 district means we’re mostly dealing with local projects. The office is tucked away, so you have to keep an eye out for the number. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve managed to fit in all the desks and computers we need. We do a lot of the technical side of building things here. There are always blueprints lying around and someone is usually on a video call talking about structural issues or budget constraints. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so moving furniture in was a nightmare when we first arrived. We have a regular routine where we start around nine and just keep going until the work is finished for the day. Sometimes that means staying late if there’s a deadline coming up. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a practical workspace where we can keep track of what’s happening on-site. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while we talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a very laid-back environment in that sense. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs in Vivek Vihar.
