Pep Infotech Ltd is based in Meerut, over in Uttar Pradesh, with the pincode 250001. We’ve been here in this part of India for quite some time. The office is a basic setup where we handle various information technology tasks. It’s not a flashy tech hub like you might find in Bangalore, but it works for us. We spend most of our time in front of screens, typing away and trying to figure out technical problems. The area around us is quite traditional, and we are just one of the local businesses trying to make a living. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Our desks are a bit cluttered with wires and old keyboards, and the chairs have seen better days. But we know where everything is. We usually have the radio on in the background to keep things from being too quiet. When we aren't working on code or data, we are probably just chatting about what’s for lunch or the latest news in town. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get our work done. We’ve stayed in Meerut because it’s where we started and it’s where we know people. It’s a simple life, working in IT in a city that’s still growing in its own way. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the work. There isn't any fancy mission statement, just a bunch of guys who are good with computers doing their thing every day.
