Our location for Payrotech Engineers is at Jg-3 / 35-C in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. The address says Haryana 110018, which is just how it is written on our papers. We are tucked into a busy part of the city where there are lots of people and cars moving around constantly. The office is full of things you would expect to see with engineers. There are stacks of drawings, some old calculators, and desks that are covered in pens and notes. We do not have much in the way of decoration on the walls, maybe just a calendar or two. It is a very practical environment. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. The building is older, so it has its quirks, like doors that creak or windows that are a bit stiff to open. In the winter, it gets quite cold in here, so we all wear our heavy sweaters while we work. In the summer, we rely on the fans to keep the air moving. It is a very Delhi experience, being in a neighborhood like Vikaspuri. We know the local chai wala who brings us tea in the afternoons. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here doing our jobs day in and day out. Sometimes the phone rings and it is just a wrong number.
