Pavani Buildcon Llp runs out of a flat in Vasant Kunj, specifically D-3/3600. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than a commercial hub, which we actually like. We’ve been handling construction and building work from this spot for some time now. Being in South West Delhi, we see a lot of different types of housing projects. Our team isn't very big, mostly just a few of us making sure the projects are moving along. It’s common to see us surrounded by stacks of papers and site photos. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies or marketing people. We’d rather just focus on the actual building work. Sometimes things get delayed because of weather or labor issues, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of back-and-forth between the office here in Vasant Kunj and various sites across the city. We know the 110070 area quite well. If you’re looking for us, we’re just in the regular apartment block. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to use big words to describe it. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day, but we make do.
