Our place is at 27/18 East Patel Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but with plenty of businesses tucked away, like ours. We’ve been working with computers here for quite some time. Whether it’s hardware repairs or setting up systems for a small office, we’ve seen a bit of everything. The office itself is pretty plain. We have shelves full of old components and boxes of cables that we might need one day. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The guys working here have been around tech since they were kids, so they know their stuff. We get a lot of walk-ins from the neighborhood—people with broken screens or slow machines. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell you things you don't need. If something is broken, we tell you. If it's too old to fix, we say that too. East Patel Nagar is a good neighborhood to be in. It’s got a nice vibe and is easy to get to. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting and putting things together. It’s not always exciting, but there’s a certain satisfaction in getting a dead computer to beep back to life. We just take it one day at a time and keep the shop running. There's always another computer waiting on the bench for us to fix.
