If you are looking for Akm Housing & Construction, we are over at Gh4/138 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a busy residential area, so there are always people moving about and kids playing nearby. Our office is right there in the mix. Since we do construction, there is usually a lot of dust on our shoes and blueprints spread out over every flat surface we can find. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a practical space where we can meet and plan things out. Paschim Vihar has changed a lot since we started, but we are still here at the same spot. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites, so the office is more of a home base. We come back here in the evenings to finish up the paperwork and talk about the next day. It’s not always quiet, especially when the neighbors are out, but we like the energy. We don’t use a lot of fancy words when we talk to people. We just tell them what can be done and how long it will take. If a pipe breaks or a wall needs fixing, that’s what we deal with. We have a few old fans that keep us cool during the Delhi summers. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people who like to build things.
