Radha Road Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. has its head office at House Number 456/3 in Paschim Puri. While this is where we handle all the administrative stuff, most of our real work happens outside on the roads. Road maintenance isn't a clean or easy job. We spend our days dealing with asphalt, heavy machinery, and the unpredictable nature of Delhi traffic. Our office in Paschim Puri is a plain, functional space. We have some desks, a lot of filing cabinets for our work orders, and a small area where the crew can sit and have tea before heading out. We’ve been doing this for many years now. It is a lot of hard labor and the hours can be quite strange. Often we are working in the middle of the night to avoid blocking too much traffic. We aren't a big company with a marketing team or a polished image. We are just a group of people who know how to fix roads and keep things moving. The neighborhood knows us because our trucks are always coming and going. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like when the rain ruins a fresh patch of road or a machine breaks down at the worst time. We just take it in stride and do what we can to fix it. We don’t have any fancy slogans or big goals. We just focus on the next stretch of road that needs our attention. It’s honest, gritty work and we are okay with that.
