Parnika Estates Private Limited is located at 23 KG Marg in the Himalaya House building. We are up on the 6th floor in office D-64. This is right in the center of New Delhi, so it is a very prestigious but also very busy area. Himalaya House is an older building with a lot of character. The elevators can be a bit cranky sometimes, but they get us there eventually. Our office is a bit old-school. We have big desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We handle estate management and property matters. It is a lot of serious work, but we try to keep the atmosphere in the office light. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who have been doing this for a long time. The view from the 6th floor shows a lot of the city's rooftops. It is always noisy outside with the traffic from KG Marg, but we are used to it. We don't go out looking for big fame. We just handle the business that comes to our door. Most of our clients have been with us for years. We prefer building long relationships over doing big ads. It is a steady and simple way to work. We just come in and do what needs to be done every day until it is time to go.
