We’ve been set up here at Punjabi Bhawan for a while now. Most people know the first floor on Vishnu Digamber Marg. It's a busy spot in New Delhi, right in the middle of everything. We handle development work, mostly focused on projects over in Lucknow even though our main office is here in Central Delhi. It gets pretty hectic with all the paperwork and planning that goes into building things. We started Pardos Lucknow Developers Private Limited because there seemed to be a lot of work needed in that region. Our team is small, just a few of us sitting in the office making calls and checking on site progress. Sometimes the traffic around here is a nightmare, but we manage to get in every day. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a standard workspace where we keep our files and meet with people who are involved in our construction jobs. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs to find us, we’re usually around during normal hours. Dealing with property and development takes a lot of patience, and we’ve learned that the hard way over the years. We just keep at it, focusing on the next step of whatever project is currently on the desk. It isn't always glamorous work, but it's what we do. We just keep our heads down and work.
