Our place is in Naraina Industrial Area, Phase One. If you’re looking for C-125, that’s where we are. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks coming and going at all hours. We work with cables and communication stuff, so the warehouse part of the building is usually stacked high with heavy reels and wires. It gets a bit dusty inside, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We’ve got a small office section where the paperwork happens. It’s never very quiet because of the machinery running nearby and the constant traffic outside the gates. We’ve been operating from this same address for quite a while now. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group over the years. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and someone will eventually look up and help you. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the specs are exactly what was asked for. Sometimes there’s a delay with the raw materials, and those days are a bit stressful for everyone involved. But mostly, it’s just steady, honest work. We grab tea from the corner stall twice a day and keep things moving. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and our regulars.
