Dell Gurgaon

We are based in Agra, specifically at 55 Ashok Nagar. The name is Dell Gurgaon, which I know sounds a bit funny since we are here in Uttar Pradesh and not Gurgaon. But that’s just how it is. We deal with computer hardware and sales in this neighborhood. Agra is known for other things, but people here need computers too. We have a small shop where we keep some stock. It’s a regular building on a regular street. We spend our time checking inventory and helping customers who walk in. Most people are looking for something for their home or a small office. We try to be helpful and answer their questions without using too much technical jargon. It’s a simple retail setup. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us working every day. The street can get a bit crowded, and parking is sometimes a headache for people coming to see us. We’ve been in Ashok Nagar for a bit now and we know the locals. We just focus on the task at hand. If someone needs a laptop or a mouse, we show them what we have. It’s a basic business, and we try to keep things honest and easy for everyone. We aren't trying to change the world, just selling computers. We just keep the shop open and see who comes in today. It’s a steady pace for us.
