Getting to our place at A-197 in Mahipalpur can be a bit of a trip. Street No. 10 is always active, especially with all the hotels and travelers moving around near the airport. We have been Callmate India Pvt. Ltd. for a long time, and this spot on Road No. 4 has seen a lot of changes. We deal with a lot of different things, mostly stuff people need for their daily lives or their devices. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes because we have a lot of stock moving in and out. You’ll usually find someone on the phone or packing a box near the front door. We aren’t a huge corporation with a thousand employees; we are just a dedicated team that knows the neighborhood well. The traffic on the main road is always loud, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. We just write down what we have and try to get it to the people who need it. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the Delhi traffic, but we do what we can to manage. It’s just how things go around here in Mahipalpur. We like being part of the hustle and bustle, even when the street gets blocked by a delivery truck or a stray cow.
