You can find us at E-166, G/F in Greater Kailash Part-2. Our office for Pannu Contractors and Developers Private Limited is right on the ground floor. This is in the South Delhi area, Delhi-110048. Being on the ground floor is really helpful when we have to move heavy folders or equipment in and out. The office is filled with blueprints and samples of different stones and bricks. We do a lot of contracting and developing work around the city. It’s a busy place with the phone ringing quite often. We have a few desks pushed together and a computer that is always on. The traffic in GK-2 can be really bad in the evenings, so we usually stay late to avoid it. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the project timelines. Pannu Contractors and Developers Private Limited isn't about being fancy. We have some scuff marks on the walls and the chairs aren't the newest. We just care about the actual construction we do. The staff is mostly out at the building sites during the day. When we are all in the office, it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It is just a workspace where we get things sorted for our clients. We have been in this part of Delhi for years and we like the community here.
