Pamir Developers Limited

Pamir Developers Limited is based out of the Worldmark-2 building in Aerocity. We are on the 3rd floor of Asset-8, right near the NH-8. Being in Aerocity is a bit different from other parts of New Delhi because it feels more modern and planned out, but at the end of the day, we are still just doing the same kind of development work as everyone else. We spend our time looking over site plans and meeting with contractors to see how the buildings are coming along. 110037 is a busy area with all the travelers and the airport nearby, so there is always a lot of movement. We aren't into the corporate polish you might expect from an office in this area. We are just regular people working in a nice building. Our desks are usually covered in files and coffee cups. We don't have a list of values or a grand vision we talk about. We just try to make sure the projects we take on are finished on time and don't fall apart. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving in the right direction. We don't do much advertising. People usually find out about Pamir Developers because they saw our name on a fence at a construction site. We just show up every morning and handle whatever comes our way to get things built well.
