Our place is House No. 84 on Pankha Road, right in the Shiv Nagar part of Janakpuri. It’s basically a house that we turned into our workspace because it was easier that way. The street outside is always full of people and cars, especially near the main road. We have been operating from this building for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. Inside, there are boxes everywhere and the desks are tucked into the corners of the rooms. It feels more like a home than a regular office, which is fine by us. We deal with stuff going overseas but the actual work happens right here in these small rooms. The stairs are narrow and it’s a bit of a climb if you are carrying heavy files. Janakpuri is a busy area and finding a parking spot near our door is almost impossible most days. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while we check on the day's tasks. There is no big sign or anything, just the house number and our name on a small board. We like the local feel of being in a residential street rather than a big glass building. It keeps things simple and we don't have to worry about all the rules of a commercial park. We just show up and get the work done as best as we can.
