Our business is tucked away in the lower ground floor of the Jalhotra Complex. If you know Tank Road in Karol Bagh, you know how busy it gets. We are at H-16/134, right on Street No 1. It’s a place that’s always full of people moving rolls of fabric and finished clothes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. You just walk down the steps and you’re right in the middle of our workspace. It gets a bit loud with all the shouting and the carts rattling outside on the pavement. P R Clothing Private Limited is just a small operation really. We spend most of our time at the back desks checking through orders. The lighting isn't great because it's a basement, but we have enough lamps to see what we’re doing. There is usually a stack of chai glasses on the corner table by the afternoon. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just handle our garments and make sure they get where they need to go. It’s dusty and sometimes the air feels thick, but that is just life in this market. We’ve been here long enough that the neighboring shopkeepers are more like family. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a basic setup for a basic job, and that’s how we like it.
