Our spot is at A-43 in the Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate. Being right on Mathura Road means there is always a lot of movement around us. It’s an industrial area, so you see a lot of trucks and workers moving goods throughout the day. Oyster Software Solutions is tucked into one of these buildings. Inside, it’s a lot quieter than you’d expect from the outside noise. We’ve got our computers set up and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and lists. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lounge or a glass-fronted entrance. We have a heavy metal door and some sturdy desks. We like being in this part of town because it feels industrious. Everyone around here is busy doing something, and that energy helps us stay on track. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a small corner for breaks where the microwave lives. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we just bring in some extra fans and keep going. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small team in an industrial estate, working through our daily tasks and trying to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place, and that suits us just fine. We just show up and get through the list of things that need doing.
