Our office for Oyo Apartment Investments Llp is over in Sector-22, Dwarka. We are at Plot Number 16, inside the Bank Vihar Apartments complex. It’s a lot quieter here than in most parts of New Delhi, which is a nice change. The building is number 663, and there’s usually a guard at the gate who will ask where you’re going. Inside, it’s just a regular apartment turned into a workspace. We’ve got some filing cabinets, a few laptops, and a big water cooler that gets a lot of use. We handle investments in apartments, so we’re always looking at numbers and talking to owners. It’s not very exciting stuff to watch, but we stay busy. Sometimes we have to run between different blocks to show people around, and in the summer, that’s no fun. We don’t have a big corporate logo on the door; it just feels like a home where work happens. We eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area, usually talking about the traffic or the weather. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to get the work done and make sure the apartments are managed the way they should be. It’s a steady rhythm of paperwork and site visits that fills up our week, and we are fine with that.
