Ota Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is located right on the ground floor at 7/7 Ansari Road in Daryaganj. If you know New Delhi at all, you know Daryaganj is always busy and full of life. There are book shops and offices everywhere around us. Being on the ground floor means we hear the street noise pretty clearly, from the honking cars to the people walking by, but we have gotten used to it over time. It makes the day go by faster when there is so much energy outside our door. Inside, our space is simple. We have our computers set up and enough room for the team to sit together. We don't have any of those fancy break rooms or bean bags you see in magazines. It’s just a place where we do our work. Most of us commute in from different parts of Delhi, so the morning is always a bit of a rush to get through the traffic. Once we are here, we just focus on the tasks for Ota Technologies. We don't really have a big formal structure or anything. We talk across the room when we need something and eat our lunch together when we have the time. It is a very normal, local office vibe. We have been here for a while and the people in the neighboring buildings know us by now. It’s just how we operate, doing our bit on Ansari Road every day without any extra drama.
