Osiris Overseas

We have been running Osiris Overseas out of M-10 in Chittaranjan Park for a good while now. It’s located in the Lower Ground Floor, which means it stays a bit cooler during the harsh Delhi summers, though the lighting can be a little dim if we don't keep all the lamps on. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so things are usually quiet outside except for the vegetable sellers who come by in the mornings. Being in C.R. Park, we get to see the local markets come alive during the festive seasons, which is always a nice distraction from the paperwork. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for managing the overseas work we do. Most days are spent on the phone or checking emails to make sure shipments are moving along. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different time zones, so sometimes we are here later than we’d like. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually grab a quick break when the afternoon slump hits. We don't have a big reception area or fancy furniture, just desks piled with folders and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a practical space for practical work. People sometimes find the L.G.F. entrance a bit tricky the first time they visit, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace with people trying to get things done. We like the area because it feels like a community rather than a cold business district.
