Orient Paints Store

We have been here at Plot No-1 B/3 on Kalindi Kunj Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot in Okhla, right near Jamia Islamia College. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by stacks of paint cans and color charts. It gets pretty dusty out here in Jamia Nagar, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the shelves. People from the college often walk past our door. We mostly deal with local folks who need a gallon of white or maybe some brushes for a weekend project. Our floor is usually stained with a bit of spilled tint, but that’s just how it goes in a paint shop. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It's just a regular store with stuff piled up where we can find it. Sometimes the traffic on Kalindi Kunj Road makes it hard to unload the trucks, but we manage. We know most of the painters around here by name. They drop in for a chat or to check if we have a specific primer in stock. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s home for us. We keep the lights on and the doors open from morning until late. There isn’t much to say other than we sell paint and try to keep things moving. If you walk toward the college, you can't miss us. The sign is a bit faded from the sun, but it’s still there in the middle of all the noise.
