You can find us at Shop No- Ug-11 in Vasant Plaza over in Munirka. It’s a basement shop, or upper ground really, but it feels tucked away. The sound of the printers is basically the background noise of our lives. We’ve got stacks of paper and boxes of packaging materials piled up everywhere. It’s not the most organized place, but we can usually find what a customer is looking for if they give us a minute. Munirka is always busy with students and people working nearby, so there’s a lot of energy around the plaza. We handle a lot of different jobs, some small and some that take us all night to finish. My hands are usually stained with ink by the time I get home. It’s just how it is when you’re doing this kind of work. We’ve had these machines for a while and they have their quirks, but we know how to fix them when they act up. People come in with all sorts of requests, and we just try to get it done without too much fuss. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us making sure the orders go out. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the labels and boxes look right. It gets a bit stuffy in the shop during the monsoon, but we keep the fans going.
