Deepak Talwar

My name is Deepak Talwar and I run my business from Building No. 12 in Panchsheel Park. This is a fairly quiet part of the area, which suits the kind of work I do. I have been here for quite a while, and the neighbors in the building have become familiar faces over the years. It’s not a large commercial complex, just a regular building where people get their work done without too much fuss. I usually arrive in the morning before the neighborhood really wakes up. The office is simple. I have my desk, my chair, and my files. I don't see the point in having a lot of extra decorations or expensive carpets. It’s a place for working, not for showing off. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so I just take the stairs to get some exercise. Panchsheel Park is a nice place to be based because it feels a bit removed from the heavy congestion of the main city roads. I spend most of my day responding to inquiries and managing the various tasks that come across my desk. I don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping things going. We don’t make a lot of noise about what we do. If someone needs my services, they usually know where to find me in Building 12. It’s a practical setup and it has worked for me for a long time now.
