Omram Inc is located right in the middle of the Sarojini Nagar Main Market at 75-A. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know how crowded and lively it gets. We are right there in the thick of it. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We have been operating out of this spot for a long time, watching the market change around us. It is a lot of face-to-face interaction here. People drop in while they are doing their other shopping, sometimes just to ask a quick question or see what we have in stock. It gets noisy with the street sounds coming in through the door, but we are used to it by now. We handle our business stuff in a way that makes sense to us, without any of those complicated systems. Sometimes we have boxes stacked up near the entrance when a new shipment arrives, and we just work around them until they are sorted. It’s just how things go when you are in a busy market area like Sarojini Nagar. We know our neighbors and we know the people who walk past our door every morning. It’s a simple setup. We come in, open the shutters, and see who the day brings in. There’s no big corporate office elsewhere; it’s just this shop and the work we do right here in the heart of the market.
