Indigo Apparels

Down in Okhla Phase 1, you will find Indigo Apparels at D-65 in the Epip area of Amar Nagar. It is very much an industrial setting around here. There are a lot of trucks and workers moving around all the time. Our building is a standard industrial unit where we handle the garment work. It isn't a place for window shopping. It is a place where we actually do the manufacturing and packing. The machines are usually humming in the background while we work. It can get pretty noisy and the air smells like fabric and thread. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have our work tables and the orders we need to finish. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a big shipment to send out, and there are boxes stacked everywhere. We just work through it. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to the machines. We have been in Okhla for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow and change. It is a tough, busy place to work, but we are used to it. We just focus on getting the garments done right and keeping our heads down. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
