You can find Ofcons Construction Private Limited at E-6 on the first floor in Green Park Extension. It’s a pretty well-known part of South Delhi, so it’s easy for people to locate us. The office is just a simple space where we handle all the administrative parts of our construction business. We moved here because it’s central and makes it easier to get to our different job sites around the city. Usually, the office is full of the sound of people talking on phones or the hum of the computer. We don't put on a show for anyone. It's just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Most of our days are spent checking on materials or talking to the workers out in the field. Construction is a tough business in Delhi because of the regulations and the heat, but we've been doing it for long enough to know the ropes. We aren't looking to become the biggest company in India, just to keep things moving at a steady pace. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork that piled up during the week. Green Park Extension is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We just focus on our own tasks and try to make sure each job is finished without too many delays. There isn't much more to it than that, just everyday work and trying to be reliable.
