Octravia Infra Private Limited

We are located at M 130-131 on the second floor of the Outer Circle in Connaught Place. It’s a pretty iconic spot in New Delhi, though the traffic can be a real headache most mornings. Octravia Infra is just a small group of us working out of this office. It’s not a very big space, but we have enough room for our desks and all the blueprints we keep piled up. We spend most of our time dealing with infrastructure projects, which means we are usually on the phone or out at a site somewhere. The office itself is quite plain. We have some old chairs and a kettle for making tea when the afternoons get long. You can hear the noise from the market downstairs if the windows are open, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. It’s just a place where we get our work done and keep track of our files. Most of the people we work with have known us for a long time. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but that is just part of the business. We like being central here because it makes it easier to get to different parts of the city, even if the parking is always a struggle. It’s a decent place to work.
