You can find us at House No 353, which is right near the Balmiki Mandir in Katwariasarai. It’s a very recognizable spot in this part of New Delhi. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Being near the temple means there is always something going on outside, which keeps things interesting. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place with some desks and a lot of computers. We work on various tech projects and help out people with their hardware problems. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the corners, mostly old boxes and parts we might need someday. The staff here is just a few local guys who are good with their hands and understand how these systems work. We don't follow a strict corporate manual or have fancy meetings. We usually just talk over what needs to be fixed while we're having our morning tea. The streets around Katwariasarai can be narrow and crowded, so it’s usually better to walk if you’re coming from nearby. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. If a job is too big for us, we’ll tell you straight. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or slick presentations. We’re just here to do our job and earn a living like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s a busy life but we like it that way.
