We set up Noval Sustainability Solutions Private Limited over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at L-1 A, Mohan Garden on Rama Park Road. It’s right near Pole Number 3774, which is how most people find us if they’re looking. West Delhi is a bustling place, and our corner of it is no different. We spend our time working on sustainability projects, which basically means we try to help companies not waste so much. It’s practical work, even if the name sounds a bit fancy. Our office is a straightforward space. We don't have plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. Mostly, it’s just stacks of files and a few plants that we try to remember to water. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people going about their day. We like being in Mohan Garden because it feels like a real place where people actually live and work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our part and keep the lights on. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It’s just a normal job with normal people. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to clients; we just explain things in plain English. Most of our days are spent checking regulations and making sure everything is in order. It's not flashy, but it's important to us and the people we help.
