Being an associates firm means we spend a whole lot of time on research and looking through legal or financial documents. The office isn’t noisy like the main markets; it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. Mathur & Kapre is a small operation where we all know each other and how we work. Vasant Vihar has these leafy streets, and it’s actually a nice place to come to every morning. Our day-to-day is mostly about meetings and making sure all the paperwork for our clients is exactly where it needs to be. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that.
