Northwest Buildtech Private Limited is our company and our office is located at C-101 on the first floor of the Sea Showcghs Ltd building. This is at Plot No 14 in Sector 19-B, Dwarka, South West Delhi 110078. Dwarka is a well-planned area and Sector 19-B is a nice spot to be based in. Our office is part of a larger housing society complex which makes it feel quite safe and communal. We have been here for a bit now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We work on various tech-related building projects and construction tasks. The first-floor office gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding plot and it’s a quiet place to get work done. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees, we are a dedicated group that takes our work seriously. Sometimes we stay late into the evening when there are deadlines to meet and the office gets very quiet. We handle all the planning and coordination from here. It is a lot of coordinating with vendors and making sure the supplies reach the sites on time. The traffic in Dwarka can be a bit much during rush hour but we plan around it. We don't have any polished mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the buildtech work that needs to be done each week. It is a steady way to make a living for us and we enjoy it.
