NORTHWEST BUILDPROP PRIVATE LIMITED is situated in Flat C-101 of the Sea Show CGHS Ltd in Sector 19B, Dwarka. It is a bit different because we are located inside a residential society. It makes the work feel a bit more personal, being right there where people actually live. We do a lot of building and property work. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving between different spots in Dwarka and the surrounding areas. We aren't a big corporate entity. It is mostly just a few of us sitting in the office trying to make sure all the numbers add up at the end of the month. Working out of a flat means it is usually pretty quiet, which is nice when you have to concentrate on a complicated building plan. We have been around the neighborhood for a while, so we know how the local housing societies work. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. People usually find us through word of mouth or seeing us on a site. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, managing the property side of things while also dealing with construction projects. There is always a lot of paperwork with the DDA and other government offices. We just try to keep things moving along. We aren't trying to be the most famous developers in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job.
