Northridge Buildtech Private Limited is based out of the World Trade Center on Babar Road. We’re on the lower ground floor at number 57. It sounds quite fancy because of the building name, but we’re just a regular construction business. Being in Central Delhi 110001 means we are close to everything, which is helpful. The office is tucked away, so it’s actually quite quiet compared to the noise outside. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't really do the big marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our previous projects. We’ve been at this location for a while. It’s a bit of a maze getting down here sometimes, but we like the spot. The weather in Delhi can be tough for building, especially the monsoon season. We just work around it. My small team and I focus on getting the details right. We aren't into making big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the work, and move on to the next thing. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this office. There’s always something new being planned around Babar Road. We keep a low profile and just stick to what we know best. It keeps the stress down and the projects moving along at a steady pace.
