Niyantaa Developers Private Limited is based out of New Ashok Nagar. Our address is B-143/C, and we’ve been in this part of East Delhi for some time now. New Ashok Nagar is a unique place because it sits right on the edge of the city, so it’s always crowded and full of energy. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a small place, but it works for what we need. We don't have a lot of space for anything other than our desks and some storage for site materials. Most of our day is spent navigating the narrow lanes of Delhi-110096 or heading over to check on progress at various locations. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on being around and being visible in the neighborhood. Some days the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on, that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay up and look decent. It’s a tough business sometimes with all the delays and the weather, but we’ve stuck with it. We’re just a local crew doing the best we can with the resources we have in this part of Delhi. It's a simple life and it keeps us on our toes.
