You can find us at 186 D 2 Flats in West Kidwai Nagar. This is where Niit Technologies operates from. It’s a pretty central part of New Delhi, which makes it easy to get around. The office is inside the flats, so it’s not like a big commercial building you see in Gurgaon. We do a lot of computer-based work and software things. There’s usually a few of us sitting around with laptops trying to solve some bug or set up a new system. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a bit quieter than the business districts. We like that. We can actually hear ourselves think. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. People usually just know where we are. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The furniture is a bit old, but the computers are fast, and that’s what matters for what we do. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop around the corner. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of rules. We just have a small group that knows how to handle the tech side of things. We try to be practical about everything. If something doesn't work, we just keep trying until it does. It’s a simple way to run things. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we've been too busy with the actual work to get to it.
