Okhla Phase-1 is a really busy part of New Delhi. We are located at F-90/2, and it gets pretty loud around here with all the trucks and people moving things. Newgenfab Clothing Garments Trading Private Limited started because we saw a lot of demand for ready-made stuff and fabric. Mostly, our days go by checking piles of garments and making sure the trading side of things is moving along. It is not some fancy corporate office with glass walls. We have regular desks, some fans to beat the Delhi heat, and plenty of boxes stacked up everywhere. Sometimes the tea man comes around twice a day, and that is usually the highlight when things get stressful. We have been in this spot for a while now. Dealing with clothing isn't always easy because trends change so fast. One day everyone wants one thing, and the next day it is something else. We just try to keep up with the work and handle the logistics from our South Delhi base. The staff here are locals mostly, people who know the area well. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just get the clothes in, sort them out, and send them where they need to go. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. That is pretty much how we run things here in the industrial area.
