We operate out of E-17/E in the DDA Flats in Munirka, Delhi. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office is actually in one of the flats rather than a big commercial building. Munirka is a place with a lot of narrow lanes and people living close together. It’s a very different vibe than a big office park. We have our computers and all our technology gear set up right inside the flat. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here at Newgen Technology for quite a while now. Most of our neighbors are regular families or students from the nearby colleges. You can hear the normal sounds of a Delhi neighborhood while you work, like people talking in the halls or the sounds from the street below. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a big sign outside. It’s just a place where we get our work done. We like the simple, local feel of being in the DDA flats. It keeps things grounded and honest. We don’t use any marketing speak or big promises. We just come in, sit at our desks, and work on our projects. It’s a straightforward way to run a small company. If you’re looking for us, you just have to find the right block and flat number. It’s a quiet, practical spot for us to be most days. We like it this way.
